The City Performance and Innovation (CPI) Program is RDG’s flagship service for strengthening governance and improving service delivery across Cameroon’s 360 councils. Designed as a bilingual national performance improvement service, the CPI Program helps councils and ministries adopt modern management practices, align their work with national priorities, and deliver better results for citizens.

Through field assessments, KPI alignment, training, and continuous coaching, the CPI Program provides councils with a structured pathway to improve performance in key areas such as waste management, roads, water, finance, and citizen engagement. The program also supports ministries with standardized reporting, evidence‑based decision‑making, and national performance dashboards.

By combining local expertise with international best practices, RDG is positioning the CPI Program as a cornerstone of Cameroon’s decentralization and public sector modernization agenda.
