CPIS In-Country Workforce – Cameroon
CPI Software (USA) and Royal Development Group (RDG) are recruiting the first cohort of CPIS Business Analysts to support the national pilot of the City Performance and Innovation System (CPIS) across Cameroon.
This is a competitive Internship-to-Hire program designed to attract young IT professionals and immerse them in a high-performance, U.S.-style work culture built on discipline, accountability, and excellence.
Location: Regional placement within Cameroon
Duration: 3-month paid internship → potential full-time employment
Start Date: April–May 2026
