About CPIS
CPIS is a modern GovTech platform that enables councils in Cameroon to collect, validate, and report performance data in real time. The system is built on the Zoho Creator Cloud and will be deployed in 10 pilot councils across the country.
The CPIS Business Analyst team will serve as the frontline operational workforce, ensuring councils use the system correctly, consistently, and efficiently.
Position: CPIS Business Analyst (Internship-to-Hire)
Location: Regional placement within Cameroon
Duration: 3-month paid internship → potential full-time employment
Start Date: April–May 2026
Training: Direct Knowledge Transfer from Zoho + RDG professional standards
Work Culture: U.S.-style discipline, punctuality, and daily accountability
Key Responsibilities
- Support councils in entering performance data into CPIS continuously as activities occur.
- Assist with evidence uploads, document quality checks, and workflow compliance.
- Train council staff with low IT skills on how to use CPIS effectively.
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate technical problems to RDG/Zoho.
- Monitor KPI submissions, overdue items, and validation progress.
- Maintain daily activity logs and weekly performance dashboards.
- Promote accuracy, transparency, and consistent reporting discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or French.
- High integrity, reliability, and commitment to showing up consistently.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily expectations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with forms, databases, or workflow systems.
- Familiarity with Zoho Creator or similar low-code platforms.
- Basic understanding of data validation and reporting.
- Ability to train non-technical users.
