CPI Academy is the training and capacity‑building arm of RDG, created to strengthen the human capital needed for effective decentralization and improved public service delivery in Cameroon.

As councils and ministries adopt modern performance practices through the CPI Program and digital reporting tools through CPI Software, CPI Academy ensures that staff at all levels have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to implement these reforms successfully.

The Academy delivers bilingual, practical, and results‑oriented training across key areas such as governance, leadership, performance improvement, data management, and sector‑specific service delivery. Through workshops, on‑site coaching, virtual sessions, and certification programs, CPI Academy equips local institutions with the competencies required to meet national standards and achieve measurable results.
