Founder’s Message
When I founded Royal Development Group (RDG), I did so with a clear conviction: Cameroon has no shortage of talent, ambition, or potential — only a shortage of systems, partnerships, and opportunities that allow this potential to flourish. RDG was created to help close that gap.
My professional journey across politics and governance, higher education, international trade, performance management, and community development has taught me one enduring truth: institutions succeed when people are empowered, systems are strengthened, and leadership is intentional. RDG stands at the intersection of these three pillars.
I built this organization to be more than a consulting firm. RDG is a development partner, a bridge between local realities and global opportunities, and a catalyst for institutional transformation. Our work is grounded in integrity, evidence, and a deep respect for the communities and institutions we serve.
